Foots Cray Out of School Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Foots Cray Out of School Club! We’re super excited to have you and your family join our fun-filled adventures. Before we start jumping into games and crafting away, please have a peek at our terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

All booking request must be made via online, email, phone or on in at your chosen site.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
We accept various payment methods, including debit and credit cards.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, but a transfer to another date might be possible depending on availability.

3. Child Registration

Every child must be registered with up-to-date details.
Parents/guardians are responsible for notifying us of any changes in contact information or medical conditions.

4. Supervision and Safety

Children will be supervised at all times by our trained staff.
We have strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all our members.

5. Behaviour Expectations

We promote a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Inappropriate conduct may lead to immediate dismissal from the club, with no refund.

6. Health and Emergency Protocol

Parents/guardians must provide necessary medical information during registration.
In cases of emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian immediately and provide first aid as needed.

7. Photography and Media Consent

We love capturing memories! By enrolling your child in our programme, you consent to photographs and videos being taken for promotional and educational purposes.
If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please inform the staff upon registration.

8. Liability

Foots Cray Out of School Club is not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
We also take no responsibility for injuries sustained during participation in our activities beyond our control.
